3.5. Availability

All orders, once accepted and processed with payment received by Bodegas Carayol & Castellar, will be dispatched within the limits of available stock, which is in no case the exclusive responsibility of Bodegas Carayol & Castellar, within a maximum period of 72 business hours. 3.6. Shipping and Delivery Times

Bodegas Carayol & Castellar delivers its orders throughout the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands, excluding shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, through the logistics company. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

  • Orders can be collected by the customer at the logistics company’s office.
  • The delivery of orders will be made to the specified address, once the payment is confirmed, within the shortest possible time, to 72 business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), depending on the available stock and the availability of the carrier.

3.7. Delivery

Bodegas Carayol & Castellar makes its best efforts to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up-to-date. Except for a possible specific agreement, products will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe starting from the payment date.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the availability of each product, the deadlines set by the carrier, and the moment of purchase. However, the buyer will receive information about the product delivery date through a specific notification sent by Bodegas Carayol & Castellar via SMS or email.

Delivery is considered completed when the carrier delivers the product to the purchasing customer or a third party indicated by them, with the recipient signing the receipt of the product. 3.8. Conditions for the right of Withdrawal and return of the product

Withdrawal:

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, modified by Law 3/2014, of March 28, if for any reason you, as the buyer, are not satisfied with the product you have purchased on the website https://www.bodegascarayolycastellar.com/, with the exceptions provided for in Article 103 of said legal text, you will have a legal period of 14 natural days, extended to 30 natural days by Carayol and Castellar S.L, from the moment you acquire possession of the product upon receipt and delivery, to withdraw from the sales contract of the product without the need for justification and without any penalty.

Furthermore, for greater clarity, to ensure correct understanding in compliance with the duty of information that Carayol and Castellar S.L owes you as a Consumer, we inform you that the right of withdrawal will not be accepted when the returned item is not exactly the one purchased, has been unsealed after delivery, is not in perfect condition, and has been opened or used, except when the purchased product has some type of defect or flaw.

Returns:

For the purpose of returning the product, it will be processed by Bodegas Carayol & Castellar as long as it has not been unsealed or the packaging has been removed, and the cases of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws do not apply. You must send the purchased item to the address of the Bodegas Carayol & Castellar warehouses at Urb. Los Jardines, 9, 18840 Galera (Granada), without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 natural days from the date of delivery of the purchased product.

We inform you that the corresponding returned product must be in perfect condition, always retaining its original packaging, labeling, or packaging with its seal. Also, you must accompany your product return request with the original purchase receipt, simplified invoice, or the purchase invoice of the product being returned.

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which amends the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the consumer assumes the direct cost of returning the goods, except in case of defect.

Once Carayol and Castellar S.L physically receives the returned product at our warehouse and verifies that the delivered product meets the previously mentioned conditions, Carayol and Castellar S.L will proceed to refund all payments made in the purchase of the product, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 30 natural days from the date on which the physical delivery of the item/product was made, having exercised your right of withdrawal from this contract. Furthermore, we inform you that Carayol and Castellar S.L will make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction.
