Returns will be processed by Bodegas Carayol & Castellar as long as the packaging has not been unsealed or removed, and the cases of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, by sending the purchased item to the address of the Bodegas Carayol & Castellar warehouses located in Urb. Los Jardines, 9, 18840 Galera (Granada), without any undue delay and, in any case, within a period of no more than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased product.
We inform you that the corresponding returned product must be in perfect condition, always preserving its original packaging, labeling or container with its seal. Likewise, we inform you that you must also accompany your request to return the product, the original purchase receipt, simplified invoice or the purchase invoice of the product that is the subject of return.
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the consumer assumes the direct cost of the return of the goods, except in the case of defect or defect.
Once Bodegas Carayol & Castellar physically receives the returned product in our warehouse and Bodegas Carayol & Castellar verifies that said product delivered complies with the conditions indicated above, Bodegas Carayol & Castellar will proceed to refund all payments made in the purchase of the product, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay and, in all case, in a period never exceeding 30 calendar days from the date on which the physical delivery of the article/product has occurred, having exercised your right to withdraw from this contract. Furthermore, we inform you that Bodegas Carayol & Castellar will make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction.
If for any reason the product you purchase has a factory defect, defect, is in poor condition or broken, we inform you that you must contact Bodegas Carayol & Castellar by phone at +34 686 21 82 53 / +34 660 92 22 21 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org, providing a photo of the state of the product, in order to analyze the origin of your request and if your claim is confirmed, proceed to return the product, all without prejudice to the provisions of articles 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
